Synopsis

    • Lois' rich old aunt dies and leaves to Lois her estate. The family decides to keep it as a summer home, however Peter took the liberty of selling their house in Quahog so that they can live in the new one. They stay in Newport for a while and Peter slowly turns into a rich snob, before making an outrageous bid at an auction and losing the family their entire fortune.

    • In the scene where Lois sees Peter dancing, his pants are blue. Then shortly after they start dancing they are green and after that they turn blue again.
    • The final screen of end credits for each episode contains a standard disclaimer about all characters being fictitious. In the second season episodes, this is misspelled "ficticious".
