Synopsis

• When Quahog has a celebration, Spooner St. wins a float competition. The neighbors all want to claim the trophy for their own purposes. Someone steals the trophy and the neighbors all begin to feud. Meanwhile, Meg uses Stewie at her job to get more tips and ends up having him placed in a foster home, from which the neighbors team up to save him.
