Synopsis

After being arrested for possession of pot, Brian starts a campaign to legalize it in Quahog. Once it is legalized, Carter Pewterschmidt starts losing money and starts an anti-drug campaign to make illegal again. So he bribes Brian into campaigning to make it illegal once again.
